My name is Charity Love. I've been a stay-at-home mom for twenty years, while homeschooling for the majority of that time. My husband, Cory, and I have been married 23 years, and we have three boys ages 20, 18, 16, and a daughter who is 13. My passions include running, strength training, cooking healthy foods, and spending time with friends and family. I believe there is always room for improvement, and opportunities to learn and grow.

Included are monthly training plans, unlimited communication, strengthening recommendations, and fueling strategies.
Proper nutrition is the foundation of any fitness program, and the key to good health. I will teach you about proper portion size, how to make healthier choices, and to recognize your body's hunger and fullness signals.
